a. Please follow the below steps to resolve the issue via self troubleshooting.

  1. First, please check if you are connected to the right source.
  2. Go to settings of the audio device and check whether audio output settings have been given to the right device.
  3. Further, check if you have connected the SPDIF cable to ACT Stream TV 4K device. If not, please change the settings to this configuration. This should help in rectifying the issue.
