a. Please follow the below steps to resolve the issue via self troubleshooting.
- First, please check if you are connected to the right source.
- Go to settings of the audio device and check whether audio output settings have been given to the right device.
- Further, check if you have connected the SPDIF cable to ACT Stream TV 4K device. If not, please change the settings to this configuration. This should help in rectifying the issue.
