Srinivas PVV is an inspirational leader with a career spanning over 3 decades spanning across companies like P&G, PepsiCo, Electrolux, Bharti Airtel and Mars . Srini is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Madras and Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Calcutta. He joined Atria Convergence Technologies in July 2024

Just prior to joining ACT Srini was leading Mars Petcare business in Asia as Regional President. Under his leadership Mars Petcare division has built strong category leadership in many countries in Asia, served millions of pet parents and built an organization for future growth and value creation.

Srini also spent 10 years in leadership roles at Airtel in Sales and Marketing across Broadband, Telemedia, Small & Medium Enterprises and the Mobile business. In his last stint at Airtel, he was the CEO for all lines of business for Airtel for the North hub, which consisted of UP East, UP West and Bihar circles.
