Madhusmita heads the BHR function in Telangana.

Madhusmita has overall 20 years of experience in human resources spanning resource planning, talent acquisition, business partnering, performance management and other facets of HR. Prior to working with us, she was associated with ICICI Bank, Cadila Pharmaceuticals and Dr Reddy’s Laboratories.

Madhusmita has done her master’s in human resource & marketing from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar.
