Really easy to pay the bill, UI is very easy to understand. So far no troubles in bandwidth. If possible decrease the cost of plans.
The ACT Fibernet app is quite good, but more importantly I am happy with ACT's performance as an ISP. I find the company very professional and prompt in responding to support tickets. I experience outages only about once in 2 months, which is bearable. Their speed is consistent and they live up to what they promise. I love the high-end "nighthawk" type WiFi router that they provided to me as part of their package. However, I am disappointed that they declined to continue the 1TB FUP bonus they used to give with every renewal of 6+1 months. PS: I have updated my review after their app update issue was fixed. I have been a customer of ACT FIbernet (Delhi) since mid-2018

It's been almost a month since my new cycle has been activated, and I have some data but the app still shows that 0.00 GB data has been used. Apart from that, the speed has gone down exponentially. Does anyone know the fix for this error in the app? I've tried reinstalling but it doesn't work.
