Your request was heard! After receiving feedback from several customers over unused data limits, we have upgraded the way we calculate data usage. Earlier we used to calculate download and upload data separately, now we have upgraded it by combining both and offering a single data limit.

Your Data, Your Choice! But, what does it mean for you?

You can now enjoy all of your favourite data-intensive activities like HD Video streaming, online gaming or cloud backups without having to worry about exceeding your download or upload data limits. If you were finding it difficult to track the data upload/download separately earlier, now you can easily keep track of your total data usage irrespective of upload/download as this is how we calculate data usage. At ACT Fibernet, we calculate data as a sum of both the upload and download limits. For example, if you are connected with a plan that offers 350 GB upload & 350 GB download limits, you will now get 700 GB (upload + download) combined which can be used as per your wish.

This change has currently been rolled out in select cities only " Delhi, Chennai, Vijayawada, Vizag, Guntur, Eluru, Rajahmundry, Nellore, Tirupati and Coimbatore.
