Terms & Conditions

  1. Any customer of ACT who shall subscribe to ACT Internet Broadband Plans shall be entitled to avail the subscription of ENTERTAINMENT PACK POWERED BY YUPPTV SCOPE. ACT reserves its right to bundle the Entertainment Pack powered by YuppTV Scope subscription with any specific set of internet plans in future and prescribe requisite eligibility criteria from time to time.
  2. The Entertainment Pack powered by YuppTV Scope subscription shall be made available to only those customers who are active and subsisting and shall not be made available to those customers whose internet broadband services have been suspended or disconnected.
  3. Every customer of ACT, who wishes to avail Entertainment Pack powered by YuppTV Scope subscription shall duly agree to these terms and conditions and the Terms and conditions of Entertainment Pack powered by YuppTV Scope duly made available in the platform.
  4. The Customer can choose to unsubscribe and stop using Entertainment Pack powered by YuppTV Scope services before expiry of the free trial period.
  5. ACT reserves its right to change the cost of the Entertainment Pack powered by YuppTV Scope Subscription at any time by giving a prior intimation though email/SMS/Whatsapp and by updating its website.
  6. The Customer agrees and acknowledges that he shall be charged Rs. 250/- + taxes automatically on a monthly basis until a request for disconnection is received. Any such disconnection request received shall be effective only from the subsequent month and the Customer shall pay for the Entertainment Pack powered by YuppTV Scope subscription for the billed period without any demur or protest.
  7. Any disconnection request must be received atleast 3 days before his/her billing cycle for Entertainment Pack powered by YuppTV Scope is due for renewal. In case of Customer sending the disconnection request after 3 days before his/her billing cycle for Entertainment Pack powered by YuppTV Scope is due for renewal, the same shall not be taken into consideration and he shall be billed Rs.250/- + taxes for the subsequent month and the Customer agrees to pay the same without any demur or protest.
  8. The Customer agrees and acknowledges that once the monthly subscription charges of Rs. 250/- + taxes has been paid for the respective month, the same is not cancellable or refundable for that month.
  9. The benefits under this subscription are non-transferable. No exchange or redemption for an equivalent cash amount or in any other form shall be allowed.
  10. ACT is not responsible for and will have no liability against any claims arising out of or in connection with the use or consumption of Entertainment Pack powered by YuppTV Scope channel(s)content or for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature caused to the Customer or to any third party in connection with the subsistence of YuppTV's content.
  11. ACT reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify these Terms & Conditions or any part thereof at any time without prior notice, if so required, in view of business exigencies.
  12. By subscribing ACT’s Services, the customer provides consent to pass on his/her number to ACT and YuppTV and also permits ACT and YuppTV Scope to reach out to them via communication modes not limited to SMS, Whatsapp, App Notifications and such, with respect to their subscription details, claim status, content validity, promotion offers, new content releases and so on.
  13. Any changes in the Terms will be posted on Terms of Uses & customer is advised to check this Website regularly for any update(s) or amendment(s) made to these Terms and Conditions.
  14. ACT reserves the right to extend, cancel, substitute, modify, discontinue, suspend or withdraw the plans at any time during its validity as may be requires in view of business exigencies and/or changes by regulatory authorities and/or such other applicable statutory changes without any notice & customer is advised to check this Website regularly for any update(s) or amendment (s) made to these Terms and Conditions, and disclaims any liability in respect of the foregoing.
  15. Any dispute or claim (contractual or non-contractual) arising out of or in relation to these terms and conditions, including disputes as to its formation, will be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws. Subject to the point above, ACT and the customer submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at Bangalore alone.
  16. In addition to the limitations mentioned in this document, in no event will ACT or our directors, managers, officers, employees, agents or other representatives be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any other damages of any kind, arising out of or related to the services provided herein. ACT's total liability, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), equity, or otherwise, shall not exceed the last subscription fee paid by the customer.

I/We, the Customer, hereby confirm having read all the above terms and conditions and also confirm my understanding and acceptance in full of the same, without exception. Our/my subscribing to the services provided by ACT shall constitute total acceptance of the Terms of ACT's service offering.
