Terms and Conditions for Unlimited Plans

  1. Unlimited Data plans provided by ACT are applicable only for the following cities: Chennai, Hyderabad, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Lucknow, Bengaluru, Warangal, Visakhapatnam, Madurai, Tumkur, Hosur, Ghaziabad, Pune, Dindigul.
  2. The Unlimited Data plans provided by ACT shall apply only to the Residential plans and shall not apply to Enterprises plans.
  3. The Unlimited Data plans are only for personal use of the subscriber and cannot be used for any commercial purposes.
  4. Any misuse/ fraudulent use/ unauthorised telemarketing and commercial use of the Broadband connectivity by the subscriber, ACT reserves its right to discontinue the connection altogether for any set of Subscriber/s as ACT may deem fit.
  5. ACT encourages responsible use of unlimited data by each of its subscribers. ACT believes that even when a subscriber chooses to use the Unlimited plans extensively he or she may not be able to consume the maximum data limit of 3300 GB per month or above as per the tariff plan subscribed (hereinafter referred as "Maximum Data Limit"). Any such usage over and above said Maximum Data Limit will be treated as abuse of Unlimited Data plans by the said subscriber.

  6. ACT reserves its rights to withdraw the plan benefits in case the subscriber exceeds the said Maximum Data limit without giving any prior notice. The said withdrawal of plan benefits for such subscriber is done to ensure optimal use of ACT’s network, to avoid abuse of Unlimited Data benefits by any such subscriber and in the interest of all its subscribers.
  7. Upon Subscriber reaching the Maximum data limit (as per the plan subscribed), Fair Usage Policy shall apply and the plan speeds will be throttled as mentioned in the respective plans until the next billing cycle.
  8. Unutilized data if any will be forfeited at the end of every month and the same cannot be carried forward.
  9. These Terms and Conditions shall be read along with the terms and conditions of the Customer application Form duly signed by the Subscriber.
  10. These Terms and Conditions shall constitute an agreement between ACT and each customer and by subscribing to the unlimited data plan, you accept the same as binding upon you.
  11. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in relation to the above Unlimited Data plans shall be submitted to exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at Bengaluru alone.
  12. Company reserves the right to withdraw the entertainment pack or any other add on service beyond pure internet service provision at any time without notice, by reducing the Rs 100 per month from the monthly subscription value for the unexpired term of the plan and on every subsequent renewal.
  13. The AHA Bundling services are exclusively made available to subscribers who shall subscribe to A-MAX 1075 and A-MAX 1325 plans of ACT in the city of Hyderabad. (Subject to availability of the technical feasibility).
  14. This offer shall be valid from 20th May 2022 till 06th May 2023.
  15. The AHA Bundling services are available exclusively on plans of tenure 6-8 months and 12-14 months.
  16. The Bundling services would be enabled only for those Subscribers who subscribe to the eligible plans mentioned above offering AHA bundling VAS or renew their plans with eligible plans mentioned above between 20th May 2022 and 06th May 2023.
  17. Subject to the terms and conditions prescribed by TRAI, ACT reserves its right to change the internet broadband plans as and when it deems fit. In case of any such change in the plans, the AHA subscription already subscribed by the customers as part of the bundled offer shall continue to remain valid , until the validity of such plan, subscribed by the subscriber.
  18. The AHA Bundling services are exclusively made available to subscribers who shall subscribe to the internet broadband plans of monthly value of Rs. 699 and above, offered in the States of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana (excluding Hyderabad). (Subject to availability of the technical feasibility).
  19. The list of plans on which Aha bundling VAS are available are as follows:-
